Sunday, May 10, will make a stop in Loano the advertising caravan of the Giro d'Italia 2015, on the occasion of stage 2, Albenga-Genoa.
At 11:30 a.m., in front of the entrance to the Marina of Loano, the caravan will stop to deliver to the Mayor of Loano, Luigi Pignocca the Wolf Wolfie, the official mascot of the Giro d'Italia, in order to enshrine a symbolic twinning. Together with the mayor there will be some sports clubs representing the “Loano sports city.”.
Loano was a stage of the 79° Tour of Italy in the distant 1996 with the arrival of the 12th Aulla Loano cup and the start of the 13th Loano Pratonevoso. This year it will return to prominence at thethe eighth round of the Pink Tour, from Arenzano to Loano, which will take place. the July 10 p.m.
