Saturday, April 22 a Loano, will be held the second edition of the sports event Run for autism, organized by the’A.S.D. St. Pius X Volleyball under the auspices of the’Department of Culture and Tourism of the City of Loano and the cooperation of the’ A.S.D. Runners of Loano.
The initiative this year includes alongside the 3 km walk, a competitive race of 8 km. The meeting will be at 2 p.m. in Italy Square and departure at 3 p.m..
The sports event is open to everyone young and old, and the proceeds will be donated to the charity Hakuna Matata Loano, an association that has been promoting the Sara Project “Supporting Autistic Kids.”. This project aims to promote boating and sports in the marine environment as rehabilitative activities to support psychological or drug therapies for children with autism or who have social, psychological or behavioral problems.
