Positive balance, at Loano, for the second parade of floats that closed the 26th edition of CarnevaLöa, organized by the’Old Loano Association with contributions from the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.
Il bel tempo ha garantito un’ampia presenza di pubblico che ha affollato il lungomare, accogliendo con applausi le grandi opere di cartapesta.
Winning the Palio of the Commons è stato il carro THE WITCH OF SNOW WHITE realizzato dal gruppo di Bardino Vecchio. Il secondo posto è toccato ad Dukes of Hazzard the Return (Borghetto S.S.) e terzo classificato è stato il carro l’Wave Varazzina (Varazze – Gruppo Animazione Varazze) che ha preso il posto dell’annunciato “A Lanterna de Zena”. The premio Originalità è stato consegnato al gruppo di Finale Ligure per il carro Tommy the Giants' star.
Also awarded the winner of the photography contest 2017. The photo posted on the facebook page (@carnevaloa) che ha ricevuto più like è stata quella di Sandro Comani Of the group I matetti burdelluzi.
Along with the floats that participated in the Palio of the Commons paraded, out of competition, L’Osteria dei Burdelluzi (I mazzocchi – I matetti burdelluzi), vincitore del palio dei Borghi 2017.
Hanno arricchito la parata carnevalesca il carro musicale “Everyone sings Sanremo” con gli interpreti Ray, Sante e Tony, Masha e l’Orso With children from Loano's Istituto Rossello school, The Pied Piper (Justenice), The Clock Tower (Old Loano Association) with Pue Pepin King of Carnival, U Beciancin maschera goliardica del CarnevaLöa, Captain Fracassa maschera ligure della commedia dell’arte e la Princess Doria of the Castle.
Also present were all the floats that participated in last week's Palio dei Borghi: Finding Dory (The Priglians), Tex Willer (Maina de Löa), Oceania (The Meceti), Avatar (Borgo di Dentro), The fire-eater (Piazza Rocca). Quest’ultimo con la presenza di Massimo Morini leader della più divertente band dialettale ligure i Pesto Darkness.
Finally, the festive musical notes of the Rumpe and Streppa Band of Finale Ligure accompanied by the choreography of the majorettes.
