Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18, on the waterfront of Loano, near the Sea Workers' Cottage will take place the Summer musculature.
Organizing the initiative will be the Crostolo Festival Committee under the patronage of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.
In the steel pan of two meters in diameter will be cooked among the nine and the 12 quintals of muscle. The recipe is a traditional Ligurian one and in particular that of the Loano fishermen. The muscles will be flavored with local cherry tomatoes, garlic, parsley, extra virgin olive oil and white wine local. In case of bad weather, the initiative will continue until Sunday, July 19.
Always the July 17 and 18, in Place Massena will take place from 9 p.m., Crafts In The Square, artisans' market.
