Venerdì 17 e sabato 18 luglio, on the waterfront of Loano, near the Sea Workers' Cottage will take place the Summer musculature.
Ad organizzare l’iniziativa sarà the Crostolo Festival Committee under the patronage of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.
Nel padellone d’acciaio di two meters in diameter will be cooked among the nine and the 12 quintals of muscle. La ricetta è quella tradizionale ligure ed in particolare quella dei pescatori loanesi. I muscoli saranno insaporiti da pomodorini locali, aglio, prezzemolo, olio extravergine e vino bianco locale. In caso di maltempo l’iniziativa proseguirà fino a domenica 19 luglio.
Always the 17 e 18 luglio, in Place Massena si svolgerà dalle 9 p.m., Artigianalmente Mestieri In Piazza, mercatino degli artigiani.
