Saturday, August 20, a Loano, the spotlight is back on the dance.
At 9:30 pm, in the’Prince's Garden Summer Arena, the show “Love & Tango, promoted by the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano and organized by the I.So THeatre with the artistic direction of Luca Malvicini.
Sabrina Rinaldi, Marcello Algeri with the Ariston Proballet Company They will dance choreographies that combine modern dance with the spirit and language of tango and the swing of timeless songs performed by Frank Sinatra, recreating unforgettable atmospheres where bodies are blended with music that is unmatched in color and expressiveness.
The rapid, characteristic movements of Argentine tango and the cool swing of Sinatra give way to a modern neoclassical technique that evokes the same emotions in both the performers and the audience.
The choreographer's “symphonic, rhythmic, and expressive experiences” are varied and diverse. Marcello Algeri has concluded this modern dance reworking of Tango and Frank Sinatra's Love Songs, which touches the heartstrings and travels from the purity of movement to the warmest sensuality.
The technique used by the company for this work touches on expressions of tango and modern dance, jazz, supported and unified by the basic neoclassical/modern language.

A comprehensive choreographic center for choreographic research and production, Ariston Proballet tours Italy, France, Germany, the countries of the former Yugoslavia, Russia, and the United States every year.
Many titles to date in the repertoire, ranging from classical to neoclassical to modern.
The company has obtained AIDAP recognition and collaborates with the ILO-UN Institute in Geneva, the University of Florence and the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana.
Many important collaborations are with the San Remo, Verona and Alexandria Symphony Orchestra, as well as with Albano Connecticut Ballet USA, Steps on Broadway New York, Perry dance New York, Manhattan dance center New York and Jennifer Muller's Company.
