Wednesday, August 17, at 9:30 pm, in the’Prince's Garden Summer Arena The Company of Charlatans with the “A wide variety of charlatans”.

La Company of Charlatans, formed by Francis Tonti Alex Gabellini He loves to combine different styles in an ever-changing mix of languages: theatrical clowning intertwines with auteur comedy theater, circus arts, and children's theater.

The “A wide variety of charlatans” is a sort of “best of” in which the Ciarlatani draw on their repertoire from their first ten years of activity, with a growing taste for improvisation and boundless love for the world of clowning. The show sees the duo busy, between one joke and another, juggling clubs, balls, torches, and rings. All this is enriched by some classic magic tricks, simple and fascinating at the same time.

Inspired by the pairs of comic actors from black-and-white TV that left room for theater, ironic and with slight irreverence, the Charlatans will play with the audience, trying to seize every unexpected moment to improvise.

Francis Tonti e Alex Gabellini, They have been working together since 1998, when their shared passion for clowning and juggling led to their first street theater performances, which have now been repeated hundreds of times throughout Italy and abroad (Switzerland, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Albania, Macedonia, Kenya, Palestine, and the Sahara Desert).

The evening is at free admission.
