Thursday, June 2, a Loano at Mount Carmo, will be held on the 50th anniversary of Flower Festival, organized by the’Friends of the Carmo Association under the auspices of the Municipality of Loano.
For the occasion, the excursion program Loano not only sea, curated by the Loano section of the C.A.I.. suggests a walking route to reach the summit.
The departure will be from Yoke of Toirano and along a path along the’High Route of the Ligurian Mountains you will reach Monte Carmo. The meeting point is at 8:00 a.m., in Valerga Square (market square).
At the top of Monte Carmo, at the cross on the summit, after the Holy Mass (11:00 a.m.) there will be aspaghetti dinner at the mountain hut.
Always the June 2, on the waterfront, near the Casetta Lavoratori del Mare, the Antiques and Collectibles Market, organized by the’E20 Free Cultural and Recreational Association. The event dedicated to antiques and collectibles will kick off 8:00 a.m. and will continue until the 20.00.
Exhibitors will present a select collection of furniture, silverware, paintings, carpets, and objects with an antique feel and rich in charm. The market will feature curiosities and items from grandma's house, as well as all kinds of collectibles and modern antiques, following the latest trends, which favor the vintage style characteristic of the 1960s and 1970s.
