Published by the Single Contracting Station of the Liguria Region (SUAR), on behalf of the Municipality of Loano, the two calls for tenders for the concession management of the’Tennis sports facility with attached pizza bar and the G. Ellena soccer stadium with attached pizza bar and gymnasium.
Applications for participation must be received by the Liguria Region by. June 6 p.m. at 12 noon According to the directions of the notices.
Amateur sports clubs or associations, sports promotion and propaganda organizations, associated sports disciplines, and national sports federations may participate in the two competitions.
Amateur sports clubs and associations must be registered on the date of publication of the call for applications with CONI's National Register of Sports Associations.
The management of both facilities is aimed at conducting sports activities and organizing sports and recreational events. In addition, the activities should pursue objectives of psycho-physical well-being of citizens and social cohesion, making sports a tool for prevention against marginalization and school dropout.
By July 31 of each year, the winners of the calls for proposals must notify the City of Loano of the schedule for the following year's competitive season, the opening hours of the facilities, and the hours reserved for the public articulated in such a way as to ensure service for free users and the best use.
The entrustment of the two separate sports facilities will be for a period of three years with the possibility of renewal for more two years.
Against an investment plan included in the improvement proposals of more than 50,000.00 euros, in case of award, the municipality will extend the duration of the concessions as follows: maximum 15 years against an investment plan duly validated by the municipal technical office for an amount of 50,000.00 euros or more and maximum 10 years against an investment plan between 50,000 and 150,000 euros. For the evaluation of the extension of the duration, the technical office will consider the investment amortization plan.
La tennis sports facility consists of five clay-bottomed courts, two multi-purpose synthetic turf courts for tennis and soccer, a training wall, pressostatic covers, parking, a room that houses the bar-restaurant, locker rooms, toilets, secretary's office, and storage. The facility also has a masonry electrical cabin and seven lighting fixtures for night activity.
Lo G. Ellena Municipal Soccer Stadium consists of a soccer field with turf (107 x 65 meters), two soccer fields with synthetic turf (a 7- and a 5-field), a clay soccer field (80×45), the locker room block of the main field with attached pizza bar, the locker room block of the field where youth activities are held, and the attached gymnasium. The facility, which has a capacity of 1009 people, also has facilities for night lighting, covered spectator stand, dedicated guest stand and a gymnasium.
