Distinctive element is the network created between the municipality, local associations and bookstores, which testifies to the collective interest of our community on this issue and allows the development of a varied program of initiatives: Culture Tuesdays (July and August) and Books under the Tree (December and January), Flying Disks... close encounters with sounds, music and words (April and May), reviews promoted by bookstores, book presentations sponsored by UNITRE Loano and Proloco. The new qualification is an additional stimulus and commits us to create a “Local Pact for Reading,” which will increasingly ensure access to books by all citizens with a view to social growth.”{:}
