Friday, August 12, a Loano, the traditional summer event will take place “Music in the square”, promoted by the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.
Protagonist of the musical evening in Fortress Square will be the’S.M. Immaculate Music Association.
As of the 9:15 p.m. the Loano band corps, directed by the Master Davide Nari, will perform a varied repertoire ranging from light music to classical music, not forgetting the traditional band repertoire.
The concert will open with the “Old Military March” by A. Vessella and will continue with “The Olympic Spirit” by J. Williams, the’Overture from the opera “The Magic Flute"” by W. A. Mozart, “The Sphinx” by F. Agnello, “West Side Story”by L. Bernstein, the Overture from the opera “Tancredi” by G. Rossini, “A Joyful Journey” by R. Sheldon. The evening will conclude with a performance of “Don't Cry for Me Argentina”by A. L. Webber.
