L’Attimo Danza Association, which this year celebrates thirty years, was founded in 1987 under the direction of Lorella Brondo, a dancer, teacher and choreographer who graduated from the Centre de Danse International Rossella Hightower in Cannes, France. Since the 1997-1998 academic year, Attimo Danza Association has taken over the direction of the Civic Dance School of the City of Loano.
“After a year of training activities," says Lorella Brondo - we have come to the final recital in which the school's students can engage with the public. The educational path began for the youngest in the Kindergarten with the propaedeutic courses, and for the older ones it developed with the academic training. “Dance” is an important medium for the education and “psychophysical” growth of young people, provided that one respects, not only the physical gifts of the students, but especially their frailties, anxieties and difficulties. I am satisfied with these 30 years of activity in which I have taught dance to two generations of girls/girls. Some of the students have gone on and entered the world of professional dance, others have considered the experience a positive one and now bring their children to my school. I thank Teacher Rossella Cicero with whom the school collaborated this year for the introduction to flamenco.”
The evenings are conducted by Achille Blini and Chiara Gramazio.
Admission is free.
