“Summer 2017," says the Councillor for Tourism and Culture. Remo Zaccaria - will be full of events, many of them dedicated to the family and children. The Prince's Garden, as has become a tradition, from late June at the beginning September, will host child-friendly theater performances and film screenings. We are confident that the beautiful facility, which has been renovated with some work, will be a welcoming space where families can spend time together and experience the magic of live entertainment and big screen projections.”

Kicking off the program will be, at 9:30 pm, the first of three film screenings free. The big screen will feature the animated film “Sing” (2016) directed by Garth Jennings and produced by the Universal Pictures. Dedicated to one of humankind's greatest passions, singing, the film amusingly chronicles the world of talent and competitions.

The film's protagonist is Buster Moon, an elegant koala who owns a once-great theater that has now fallen into disgrace. Buster, an eternal optimist who loves the theater more than anything else will do what he can to safeguard it. He decides to organize the largest singing competition in the world. Five contestants will emerge: a mouse who is as good at humming as he is at cheating; a shy teenage elephant with a huge case of stage anxiety; an overworked mother who is bending over backwards to take care of a litter of twenty-five piglets; a young gorilla who is trying to get away from the crimes of his delinquent family; and a punk-rock porcupine who is having difficulty getting rid of an arrogant boyfriend and becoming a solo artist. Each animal shows up at the entrance to Buster's theater convinced that this will be a chance to change the course of their lives.

The review will continue on June 21 with “Oceania” (2016) CG animated film produced by Walt Disney Pictures and directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, and will close on the August 30 with the screening of “Finding Dory” (2016) animated film directed by Andrew Stanton produced by Pixar, a sequel and spin-off of “Finding Nemo.”.
