Saturday, May 20 and Sunday, May 21, a Loano, will open the outdoor swimming pool of the Sports Hall. This is an earlier opening than the one scheduled for the June 10.
Given the high temperatures forecast for the weekend, the sports society Doria Swimming 2000 Loano in accordance with the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano, decided to open the facility from the 10 am to 4 pm.
“This weekend," explains Roberto Po, technical manager of Doria Nuoto 2000 Loano - we will try to experiment with opening the facility outdoors. If it works we will repeat the initiative for all weekends until June 10. Of course, the pool inside the Sports Hall will also remain open with the usual hours (Saturday 9/19 and Sunday 9/13 and 15/18).”
“We appreciate the effort of the Doria Swimming club," says Councillor Remo Zaccaria - which makes it possible to offer an extra service to residents and tourists over the weekend. I am sure that if temperatures remain as high as they have been in recent days, many will choose to spend the day in the sunshine, in the beautiful setting of the pool.”{:}
