“The book,” reads the book cover, "tells through illustrations a delicate fable that shows the strength of true love and teaches us to pursue our dreams with tenacity. The illustrations have a strong visual impact through the use of color contrasts.".

The protagonist of the tale is a child who falls madly in love with the moon and goes on dangerous adventures to win her. Love is the engine that moves all things, and the fairy tale teaches that with tenacity, dreams can be realized.
