A Loano new afternoon openings of the “Invisible Cities” Youth Center” at Kursaal Palace.
As of November 18, every Friday afternoon from 4 to 6 p.m. will take place the computer music course organized by the’YEPP Association Loano and from the’Department of Social Services of the City of Loano with the contribution of the Compagnia di San Paolo of Turin and the “A. De Mari” Foundation of Savona.
The new course is in addition to the basic music (bass guitar, drums, electric guitar, keyboards) and by ensemble music with the intention of enriching educational offerings in the field of music. Young bands also will be able to take advantage of two rehearsal room by booking on Wednesday afternoons from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
“The youth center," explains Vice Mayor Luca Lettieri - also started the free-use opening on Tuesdays (h. 15/18) and Friday afternoons (16.00/18.00). The center will remain open to offer local youth a meeting place where they can spend their free time or do their homework. In particular, Fridays will be reserved for the youngest (pre-teens) who will find an educator in the center. Also with a view to providing opportunities for young people between the ages of 12 and 14, YEPP Loano has promoted with the support of the municipality a course of circus arts in the “Mazzini-Ramella” Secondary School, which kicked off on Monday afternoon. Finally, again for the youngest, inside the center was scheduled for the December 16 a soccer tournament.”
Alongside courses and afternoon openings, YEPP Loano planned in the “Invisible Cities” Youth Center” A calendar of evening events aimed at older children.
The program includes a series of concerts on Saturday evening. The November 26 the center will host the evening Head up On the road with musical groups The LondonPride and Blue Scarlet. Musical evenings will continue on December 3 with bands Kuadra e Diatom and the December 17 with the group v8 compressor. Finally, before the Christmas break, the December 23 will take place the Christmas Swing Party.
Among the events being organized are the cineclub and the swing internship.
