Saturday, November 5, a Loano, to the 3:30 pm, at Council Chamber in Doria Palace, a conference entitled “Cfamily resi and conflict - family mediation, counseling and assisted negotiation”, organized by the’UNITRE of Loano under the auspices of the Municipality of Loano.
Exploring the topic in depth will be psychologist Lia Mastropaolo and the lawyer Gabriella Provaggi.
The theme that will be addressed in the meeting is that of conflict. The meeting, which is open to all, is especially addressed to those working in the social field, psychologists, lawyers, social workers, and teachers. The speakers will delve into the normative evolution of the concept of family, from the legitimate family to the de facto family and civil unions, as well as the alternative methods of family conflict resolution provided by the Italian legal system, such as family mediation and assisted negotiation.
Dr. Lia Mastropaolo psychologist, psychotherapist, mediator and counselor is director of the Genovese School of Mediation and Systemic Counseling “THE METALOGUE.”.
He has worked for more than 20 years in the Public Service and as a Municipal Consultant in the historic center of Genoa. He has organized training courses in various Italian cities and in Spain.
The lawyer Gabriella Provaggi, a member of AIAF - Italian Association of Family and Juvenile Lawyers has been collaborating with the Genoese School “IL METALOGO” for years. He believes in constant updating and professional training by participating in numerous conferences especially i n Family Law, both Civil and Criminal.
