Tuesday, July 19, a Loano, the second edition of the festival dedicated to documentary films on the environment and landscape, promoted by the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano and organized by the I.So THeatre, in collaboration with the CAI of Loano.
The cycle will be inaugurated at 9:30 pm, in the’Prince's Garden Summer Arena, the film “The front and back. Ski touring in various environments using the telemark technique.” by Alberto Sciamplicotti.
The documentary film recounts the beautiful and difficult moments of a life: youth and adulthood, love and skiing, the “Great Days,” the most beautiful mountains on earth, ascents and descents on skis, following the thoughts of Giorgio Daidola, Journalist, professor of economics, explorer, but above all one of the greatest exponents of ski mountaineering and telemark skiing in Italy and worldwide.
The exhibition will continue with the screening of the video “The Parks of Liguria -- through the eyes of raptors”, produced by the Liguria Region (July 26), from the film ”Where to?” by Luca Bich with Kurt Diemberger (August 2), from Angelo Poli's documentary “The Core: My Climbing Family” (August 9).
