Saturday, August 15, a Loano, ferragosto is celebrated with concert tributo a “Lucio Battisti”, organized by the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.
On waterfront in Orto Maccagli, to the 9 p.m., the cover band Innocent escapes eseguirà un ampio repertorio di brani dell’indimenticabile Lucio Battisti:dagli esordi al Cantagiro fino all’ultimo periodo del sodalizio Battisti-Mogol, al quale sarà riservata una particolare attenzione.
Lo spettacolo riporterà all’atmosfera coinvolgente e spensierata dei concerti del grande cantautore, spaziando dalle indimenticabili ballate, al rock d’avanguardia, alle atmosfere disco di fine anni ’70.
The lineup, composed of professional musicians who have been playing together for nearly a decade and who grew up listening to the songs of the great Lucio Battisti, includes a multi-instrumentalist singer, who alternates between acoustic guitar, piano and synthesizers, and three instrumentalists (electric guitar/piano, bass and drums) who support him with sought-after polyphonic choruses.

They compose the band: Leandro Ghetti (vocals, acoustic guitar, piano, synthesizers), Niccolò Chimenti (electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, backing vocals), Rudi Caldesi (bass, backing vocals), Marco Campagna (drums, percussion, backing vocals).
