Lunedì 3 agosto, a Loano in the’Prince's Garden Summer Arena, at 21.30 si alzerà il sipario sul musical “Il primo a chiamarsi Francesco”. Starring in the show inspired by the life of Pope Bergoglio will be. Dario Baldan Bembo, Elisabetta Viviani, Franco Romeo and the pianist Veronica Rudian.
La serata, inserita nel cartellone della stagione al Giardino del Principe, è promossa dall’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano and organized by the I.So THeatre with the artistic direction of Luca Malvicini.
On stage, the artists will interweave songs with biographical narrative, all enhanced by the authors' imaginative storytelling Adriano Bonfanti and Gigi Reggi.
Il pubblico ripercorrerà l’”avventura” di Bergoglio, partito dall’Argentina per partecipare al Conclave e tornato come Pontefice. Un uomo semplice e carismatico allo stesso tempo, che con la sua tenerezza e fermezza ha scosso le fondamenta della Chiesa.
Il viaggio teatral-musicale toccherà alcuni momenti della vita del Pontefice venuto dall’altra parte del mondo: i primi passi da Padre gesuita nelle zone più difficili dell’Argentina, il singolare stile di vita praticato quando era Arcivescovo della capitale Buenos Aires, fino a quella sera del 13 Marzo 2013. In piazza San Pietro la fumata bianca dietro il cupolone annunciava che la Chiesa aveva trovato un nuovo pastore, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, che si è presentato come Papa Francesco.
