PRESS RELEASE (3/6/2015)

It kicks off, Friday, June 5, a Loano, the initiative Schools in Celebration” promoted by the’School Department of the City of Loano, In collaboration with Loano schools.

Kicking off the review will be the June 5 Garden ... Baby. From 8 a.m. to noon, produce grown in the school's own garden will be displayed in front of Simone Stella School.

Over the course of the school year, the kindergarten girls and boys together with the teachers created a vegetable garden, which the pupils themselves tended. The initiative offered pupils diversified opportunities for direct contact with natural environments, emphasizing doing, perceiving, discovering, experimenting, and knowing, avoiding any form of notionism.

Always Friday, June 5, to the 8:30 pm, in the’Prince's Garden Summer Arena, the “End-of-year essay” of the Rossello Primary School.

Saturday, June 6, the “All together passionately” festival”, promoted by the “Full-time” teachers of the Valerga school complex of Loano Primary School in collaboration with the’Verzi Group Association.

The open air day, which will take place in the’Verzi former school area, is proposed as a meeting time outside the school “walls,” an opportunity for exchange and knowledge.

They say the organizers: “This day will be important from an educational point of view, in fact it is intended to emphasize how important it is to stabilize a synergy between teachers and families in the interest of the child and his or her growth path.

“The celebration of “full time”-said Councillor Luca Lettieri - is a good opportunity to bring the citizenry's attention to this school module and raise awareness of the educational richness of this school organizational model. Full-time classes present themselves as an educational environment rich in operational stresses thanks to the many activities promoted also with the contribution of the City of Loano. We hope that more and more families will adhere to this educational proposal, which through the structuring of the educational day concentrates the study commitment at school, allowing children to be able to devote themselves, at the end of classes, to their personal interests and their affections.”

The review will close on the’June 8 with the show “Postcards from the World”, scheduled at 21.00, in the Prince's Garden, and which will involve the “Full Time” pupils of the Valerga Plexus of Loano Primary School.
