Saturday, May 16,a Loano, to the 4 p.m., at Council Chamber in Doria Palace, conference will be held on the theme “The risk of heart attack and its prevention” organized by the’UNITRE of Loano under the auspices of the Municipality of Loano.
Delving into the topic will be the Dr. Antonello Ranise, Head of the Simple Structure “UTIC-Imperia”, who has served as deputy director and FF director of the S.C. Cardiology - UTIC Imperia since 2005.
In the first part of the lecture, the main cardiovascular risk factors will be listed with special reference to dyslipidemia, the “bad cholesterol” factor, and incorrect lifestyles. Congenital and constitutional, non-modifiable, and modifiable risk factors are distinguished. In the second part, guidelines for effective cardiovascular disease prevention and healthy and congruous lifestyle especially for people over 65 will be outlined.
Antonello Ranise is the Scientific Director and lecturer at the first training course in Psychocardiology, which he is organizing in collaboration with the UCSC Institute of Psychiatry in Rome, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Faculty of Medicine, “Agostino Gemelli” University Polyclinic.
