Loano not only sea, proposes for Thursday, March 26 the guided hike in the regional nature park of Piana Crixia (mt 700), organized by the Loano section of the C.A.I.. under the auspices of the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.
The loop itinerary will travel along the ancient routes from Merana up to Piana Crixia, where the territories of four provinces Savona, Cuneo, Alessandria, and Asti meet. From Merana you will climb to the tower on the hill of San Fermo and then reach the Varaldi gullies and from there the “Murion,” erosive forms with the appearance of mushrooms, created in the gullies of this area. The route will then follow a mule track immersed in a chestnut forest and past Monte di Mezzo will return to Merana along the ridge line and then along the gullies, from where you can appreciate beautiful panoramic views.
Departure is at 8:30 a.m.. The meeting place is in Valerga Square.

Participants should have appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for the ’mountain environment. Trip leaders will not admit those who do not have the proper requirements
