Thursday, February 12 the excursion program Loano not only sea, curated by the Loano section of the C.A.I.. under the auspices of the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano, proposes the guided excursion to San Pietrino (mt. 477).
The walking route will start from Boissano. The loop trail passing through an old quarry will ascend through the forest. A beautiful panoramic walk through the “fasce” will lead to the balcony overlooking the sea, where the church of San Pietrino stands. From here it will descend to Boissano, encountering along the way the early medieval church dedicated to St. Paul.
Departure is at 8:30 a.m.. The meeting place is in Valerga Square.
For non-members CAI accident insurance is compulsory, to be taken out by calling Laura Panicucci tel. 019 672366, cell. 349 7854220, if absent Elena Ghiglione cell 333 9384941, by 12 noon the day before the excursion. Without Insurance you will not be able to participate in the excursion.
Participants should have appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for the ’mountain environment. Trip leaders will not admit those who do not have the proper requirements.
