Saturday, August 23, a Loano, the concert of the Yavanna,promoted by the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano and organized by the I.So THeatre.
At 9:30 pm, in the’Prince's Garden Summer Arena, the three sisters from Cuneo (Virginia, Letizia and Anita Racca), known to the general public for participating in x Factor will present live “Alchemical intuition”, released by the independent label Tam Tam Production and produced by Luca Vicini (Vicio of Subsonica).
The album brings together nine previously unreleased tracks that are the result of nearly three years of work during which Yavanna deepened and internalized their knowledge of electronics, especially thanks to their fruitful collaboration with the well-known producer.
This new work, in fact, while maintaining the original imprint that made them known to the general public has elements of discontinuity but above all of artistic maturity.
The lyrics and music together tell a cross-section of reality through which it is possible to discover something about oneself. Each song is a condition of the soul that is expressed through music.
The group Yavanna was formed in the 2007. Virginia, Letizia and Anita Racca are musicians, singers and authors united by a classical training, which is evident in the vocal harmonizations and the three instruments played (piano, violin, flute). This foundational element is expressed in a continuous dialogue with surrealist sound research that leads back to electronics.
In the concert at Loano, alongside songs from the album “Alchemical intuition” songs by well-known international artists will be performed.
Le Yavanna won Il Cantagiro 2008 in the unpublished section and came third at XFACTOR 3 in the vocal group category.
The summer of 2010 saw the release of their first single entitled “Che spettacolo,” which featured Vicio of Subsonica as artistic producer.
In November 2011 they participated as guests on Lou Dalfin's album “Cavalier Faidit” along with the likes of Roy Paci and Bunna of Africa Unite.
In 2014 they released their first album entitled “INTUITO ALCHEMICO.”.
