PRESS RELEASE (11/08/2014)

Tuesday, August 12, a Loano, the review “Culture Tuesdays” promoted by the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano and curated by the I.So THeatre, will host the authors Elena Buttiero e Ferdinando Molteni for the presentation of the novel “The devil's trill, a case for Titti Delucis” (2013, De Ferarri Publisher).

At 6:30 pm, in the Prince's Garden, Graziella Frasca Gallo will meet with the two authors to get to the heart of the detective story plot, with a Mediterranean flavor, where the murder investigation is intertwined with the history and landscapes of Genoa and Liguria, with its cuisine, its poetry and the tale of the love of a young and beautiful Milanese woman - Titti Delucis precisely - for the small and sweet Savona.

This is the plot: in the attic of the Chiabrera Theater in Savona, employee Tiziana Delucis finds the dead body of the director. He has a cracked skull and in his hand a fragment of paper with some indecipherable marks. It is March 4, 2008. Tiziana, a failed singer with a stormy romantic past, begins to investigate. An investigator by chance, Titti - as her friends call her - becomes the most valuable collaborator of Carabinieri Colonel Costantino Marras. Ambitious and ruthless musicians, a mysterious esoteric bookseller who is a follower of Madame Blavatsky, satanic sects resurfacing from the distant past, disillusioned journalists and the sinister figures who populate the dark backstage of the theater are some of the ingredients of a breathtaking story.

The meeting with the authors will be accompanied by the notemusical notes performed by Maestro Roberto Sinito.
