“Project Santiago," explains Milena Barreca - is a band from Toirano that offers unreleased songs, also touching on social issues. How many questions would I have for you mom...... is the opening line of the song Trisomy21. In a mixture of immediacy, boy and parent, find themselves and try to extrapolate a small phase of life: the transition from unawareness to awareness, with all the implications and nuances that, such a sensitive topic can touch. To difficult questions there are only difficult answers, and it is here that the figure of the parent becomes crucial “how many battles we did mom......”, guidance and heart of these guys. That's where the real meaning of the song comes from, and what “I can be” one that counts either a kite or a song, but most of all an endless emotion.”

Live music will continue with the musical group Dirty Blonde, veteran of last year's great success, who will present Italian pop and rock covers.

The 2014-15 winter collections will be worn by more than one hundred gorgeous models along with 50 children, all strictly non-professionals and volunteers.

“The evening's proceeds," explains Milena Barreca - will be used to continue a project started a few years ago that aims to empower young people with Down's Syndrome. The initiative is aimed at young people over 16 and involves the formation of small groups who, supported by educators, work on social autonomy. Above all, ‘outings’ are organized in the area in places usually frequented by teenage boys: pubs, discos, miniature golf, sports events and various events. The younger ones are instead engaged in the ‘sea and pool’ project,‘ Milena continues, ’which allows interaction with older boys, flanked by educators who act as tutors. In addition, our biggest dream continues: the ”after us' project, which aims to help our kids experience weekends of independent living with the intention of making them increasingly independent. Last but not least, we always follow our sports initiative, born in 2006, which led to the birth in the western Savona area of two new volleyball teams, CS Volley Albenga this year national champions, and CS Volley Savona together with a bocce team.".
