Friday, August 8, a Loano, music in the square and on the waterfront. The weekend of entertainment will open with two live music events, sponsored by the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.

At 9 p.m, , on the waterfront, in Orto Maccagli, a new event of the review will take place. “Finally Friday.”.

Guest of the evening will be Arya Delgado who together with the band ASAP will bring to life a tribute to the black music of the 70s-80s, ranging from the groove of Stevie Wonder to the soul of Aretha Franklin and Etta James, via the very famous I feel good (James Brown), Kiss (Prince), Hit the road Jack (Ray Charles) and many others.

At 9:30 p.m., Rock Square, the concert of the’S.M. Immaculate Music Association. The city band, conducted by the Master Davide Nari, will open the concert with a tribute to Maestro Luigi Cirenei, an adopted Loano native and the author of “La Fedelissima” (1929), the march of honor of the Carabinieri Corps. The concert will continue with a varied repertoire ranging from “Abba Gold” (arr. R. Sebregts) to “Beauty and the Beast” by A. Menken (arr. T. Mashima), from the Symphony from “Il Barbiere di Siviglia” by G. Rossini to J. de Haan's “Concerto d'Amore,” from “James Bond - Cinema Spectaculars!” (arr. J. van Kraeydonck) to “Condacum” by J. Van der Roost), and closing with “Alte Kameraden” by C. Teike.
