It will be inaugurated Friday, August 1, a Loano, the photo exhibition “LIGURIA NOT ONLY SEA”, promoted by the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano and curated by the Loanese Photographic Circle “ChiaroScuro.”.
The works on display in the mosaic room of Palazzo Doria (second floor) are the work of the members of the Lonese photography club, which was founded on the initiative of a group of amateur photographers who, after a training course, created a meeting space where they could talk, discuss and debate the fascination of this visual art.
The exhibition features representative views of the city of Loano, as well as different techniques of photography: portraits, black and white work, landscapes, macrophotography, “Street Photography,” blurred effect, and nocturnal.
The most active members of the Circle participated in the creation of the exhibition: Andrea Amateis, Sergio Baviera, Lidia Bontempi, Martina Carchero, Marilina Durante, Alessio Marelli, Roberto Marelli, Claudio Marchisio, Simonetta Pozzi, Luca Riolfo, and Manfredo Scacciotti.
The exhibition can be visited until the August 17 with the following schedule:
Daily from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday extended closing time to 9:30 p.m.
