Saturday, June 14, a Loano, a new concert of the review is scheduled. “The Concerts of the Turchins - The Musics of the Soul.”, organized by the Brotherhood of the Turks' Chapels under the auspices of the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.
At 9 p.m., host of the’Oratory of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, will be the very young violinist Paul Tagliamento who will perform pieces by J.S. Bach, N. Paganini, E. Ysaye.
Class of 1997, Tagliamento graduated in 2013 with highest honors from the Conservatorio “G. Verdi” in Milan under the guidance of Caterina Carlini. Winner of numerous first prizes in several national and international competitions, he has perfected with such renowned masters as Mauricio Fuks, Elena Mazor, Daniele Pascoletti, Corrado Bolsi, Gisella Curtolo, Domenico Pierini, Massimo Marin, Vera Beths, J. Kussmaul, Giovanni Angeleri, Ilya Grubert, Alessandro Moccia, Ana Chumachenco, Pavel Berman, and Salvatore Accardo.
Passed selection for placement in The Yehudi Menhuin School of London and has performed in many cities in Italy and abroad where he has received public appreciation for musicality and interpretation.
A frequent guest on TV shows on RAI 1, RAI 2, RAI 3, he has participated in major national festivals (Assisi nel Mondo, Carniarmonie, Bir Miftuh Festival Malta and others).
Although he privileges solo activity, he has played with Orchestra I Pomeriggi Musicali (MI), Orchestra Regionale Filarmonia Veneta, Orchestra Zinaida Gilels Violins School, Orchestra Dolomiti Simphonia, Chamber Music Society of Colombo and others. He recorded a CD in 2012 as the winner of the XXII Music Performance Competition of the Humanitarian Society of Milan.
In January 2014, a CD, which he recorded as the winner of the XXVII Rassegna dei Migliori Diplomati dei Conservatori e Istituti Musicali d'Italia di Castrocaro Classica, was released as a supplement to the magazine “Suonare News.”.
