Sunday, December 29, a Loano, the calendar of events “Christmas Enchantments, promoted by the’Department of Tourism Culture and Sports of the City of Loano, will weave the party “Waiting for New Year's Eve.”, music, shopping and tastings, organized by the’ASCOM Loano, with “Tales of Winter - Dances and Music from Europe.”, organized by the’Society of the Curious Association and the concert Jazz “It's Christmas Time.”.
“Waiting for New Year” will enliven the shopping streets starting in the morning. From 8.00, under the arcades of Europe Course will be renewed the appointment with the Antiques Market, organized by the’Cultural and Recreational Association Events Free. Exhibitors will present a selected collection of furniture, silver, paintings, rugs and objects with an antique flavor and full of charm. Always Sunday, December 28, will continue the second edition of “Tales of Winter - Dances and Music from Europe.”. At 14.30, at Kursaal Palace, Scarlett Cicero will teach the basic steps of those which is probably the most popular Andalusian folkloric event: Le Sevillanas.

The music project brings together students from courses taught in the valleys of Cuneo and Liguria by Simonetta Baudino, Chiara Cesano, Manuel Ghibaudo e Sergio Berardo, who oversaw coordination and direction.
The concert will feature a repertoire of songs from the Occitan tradition of the valleys and transalpine Occitania, as well as new creations.
At 21.15, the party “Waiting for New Year's Eve” will move to Doria Palace, where the concert of the jazz sextet composed of the three solo voices will be held. Three different vocal talents met and combined experiences, ideas, and styles with the intention of creating an engaging and special show dedicated entirely to Christmas and its timeless songs.
The arrangements offered by the vocal trio will be enhanced by the collaboration of an experienced jazz trio.
The songs on the program will range from “White Christmas” to “Deck the hall,” “Adeste Fideles,” “Holy Night,” “Come Sunday,” and many other songs from the American tradition and beyond.
