They continue, in Loano, registrations for amateur historical preparation course to learn about the city “Let's rediscover Loano.”, organized by the “Mount Carmo Group” Youth Tourism Center Loano under the auspices of the’Department of Social Services of the City of Loano.
Organizers explain: “Over the past few years we have promoted a number of guided tours in our city to raise awareness of the area, monuments and history. The initiative has been well received, and many of the participants have expressed a desire to learn more about the subject.
So we decided to organize a course on the history of Loano with the help of Luca Palazzo, university student, who will give a series of lectures on specific historical topics on the premises of the Youth Tourism Center Headquarters (Deledda Street, 1).”
The course will be held every Friday evening, from 20.30 at 22.00, starting with the’Nov. 8 p.m. for two months. At the end of the meetings, a tour of the city will be organized at the places where the major historical records are preserved.
