During your vacation, you can visit locations in the province of Savona by TPL public transportation by applying for the TPL Tourist Card At your accommodation facility.
The TPL Tourist Card is activated before boarding the bus by filling in the blank fields, sending an SMS to the cell phone number printed on the card with the alphanumeric part of the serial code printed on the back. Alternatively, one can scan the QR code by generating an SMS message with the requested data.
The controller needs to be shown:
- the activated TPL Tourist Card
- the activation sms
- an identification document
Each card is nominative, but can be used as a Family Card (family groups): the name of the parent representing the other family members - up to 4 - is written on the card, excluding children under 10 who do not need a travel document. The family member traveling alone will send the message with the alphanumeric code on the card.
The card lasts for 7 consecutive days, until October 31, 2024

To activate it you scan the QR code in the accommodation, entering your name, surname, e-mail, ev. number of children / other people. You will receive the confirmation email with the data summary.
