Venerdì 21 e sabato 22 luglio, on the waterfront of Loano, near the Sea Workers' Cottage will take place the Summer musculature.
Ad organizzare l’iniziativa sarà il Crostolo Festival Committee under the patronage of the Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.
Nel padellone d’acciaio di two meters in diameter will be cooked among the nine and the 12 quintals of muscle. La ricetta è quella tradizionale ligure ed in particolare quella dei pescatori loanesi. I muscoli saranno insaporiti da pomodorini locali, aglio, prezzemolo, olio extravergine e vino bianco locale. In caso di maltempo l’iniziativa proseguirà fino a Sunday, July 23.{:}
