Awarded last night in Loano the most beautiful sand castles of 31st edition by Architects in Grass, sand building competition sponsored by the’Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano in collaboration with the Marine Bathing Union of Loano,

l’ATI association of the equipped free beaches of Loano, Dimensions Events in Turin with the animation of the Scalzo Theater of Genoa.

The initiative, which involved 317 children, is confirmed as a major event of the Loano summer. In the’Prince's Garden Summer Arena,  as of 9 p.m, award night was held accompanied by animation.

They are 51 the works that were made in the 19 bathing establishments, who joined the initiative.

The works were judged by the committee chaired by Alderman Remo Zaccaria And by the head of the sports office Rita Calcagno and composed of Mario Giuffrida, Marina Papaleo, Carmen Fadda, Luca Valdi, Valeria Zappatore, Claudia Ravotti, Franco Piccardo, Edoardo Bazzano.

The first prize went to the Marina Piccola Bathrooms for the work “Star wars” made by the little ones Paolo, Francesco, Marco, Rebella, Emanuele and Vittoria.

At second place ranked “The Lighthouse” realized in the Marisa Baths by Andrea Sidom, Vanessa Martini, Jacopo Meregalli, Marco Ardenghi, Andrea Masorati, Emil Truchet.

The third place it was the opera's turn “Surprisebuilt in the Bathrooms Sun Sea by Roberto Parodi, Davide Parodi, Matteo Parodi, Veronica Brandone, Lorenzo Schiavolin, Chiara Schiavoli.
