A basketball court divided into 4 different small courts: two set up for the 2006-2007 female athletes to play, a central one for the 2008-2009 girls, and one, with lower hoops, to accommodate the 2010-2011-2012 girls.

A whole day dedicated to the game, in which the mini-teens competed in mixed formations, with the aim of making friends and having fun with the girls from the other centers.

The cooperation of all the instructors from the various participating mini-basketball clubs made possible the successful event, which was attended by a large audience in the stands.

Liguria Regional Committee President Alberto Bennati and Provincial Delegate Marco Gavioli emphasized with their presence the importance of these appointments to grow pink basketball.

This is the fifth year that A. D. Basketball Loano has organized this event, designed to celebrate the team's mascot, a larger-than-standard-size Pigotta created by the precious hands of the ladies of the University of the Third Age Unitre of Loano, and dressed in the colors, pink and black, of the club.

At the end of the day, to underscore the charitable purpose of the event, in the presence of Unicef provincial section President Francesco Parino, each participant donated a symbolic participation fee consisting of a one-euro coin that he or she poured inside a piggy bank placed in the center of the parquet floor.

The celebration continued outside the Garassini Palazzetto where the mothers of the Loano women's minicestars organized a snack for the little guests and the fans in tow.{:}
