{"id":8765,"date":"2017-02-27T12:44:02","date_gmt":"2017-02-27T11:44:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/?p=8765"},"modified":"2017-02-27T12:44:02","modified_gmt":"2017-02-27T11:44:02","slug":"losteria-of-burdelluzi-wins-boroughs-palio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/en\/8765\/news\/losteria-dei-burdelluzi-vince-palio-dei-borghi\/","title":{"rendered":"BURDELLUZI TAVERN WINS THE BOROUGHS PALIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PRESS RELEASE (02\/26\/2017)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A day with spring-like weather was the setting, in<strong> Loano,<\/strong> to the traditional <strong>Village Palio<\/strong>, which animated the first parade of floats of the <strong>26th edition<\/strong> of <strong>CarnevaL\u00f6a<\/strong>, organized by the\u2019<strong>Old Loano Association <\/strong>with contributions from the\u2019<strong>Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20,000 people<\/strong> packed the Loano promenade during the parade from Cadorna Square to Piazzale Mazzini.<\/p>\n<p>The wagon\u00a0<strong>The Burdelluzi Osteria<\/strong> made by the group \u201cI mazzocchi - I matetti burdelluzi\u201d won the competition among Loano villages and will represent Loano at the <strong>Palio of the Commons <\/strong>scheduled for next week during the second outing of the floats.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>second place<\/strong> ranked the float\u00a0<strong>Avatar<\/strong> (Borgo di Dentro) and at the <strong>third<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>The fire-eater<\/strong> Of the Rock Square group.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special Awards<\/strong> were assigned to the other wagons: the <strong>Scenography Award<\/strong> went to <strong>\u00a0Oceania<\/strong> made by the group I Meceti, the <strong>Originality Award<\/strong> a <strong>Tex Willer<\/strong> (Maina de L\u00f6a) and the <strong>Allegria Award<\/strong> a to the wagon <strong>Finding Dory <\/strong>Of the group The Priglians.<\/p>\n<p>Announcing the winners was the event's official speaker <strong>Gianni Rossi<\/strong> (Leading Tourist).
