Basketball Loano<\/strong>\u00a0organized in the <strong>E. Garassini Sports Hall<\/strong>, the tournament<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>of Women's Minibasket \u201c<strong>Afternoon in Pink: 4th UNICEF PIGOTTA'S BIRTHDAY.<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>At the initiative, promoted under the auspices of the\u2019<strong>Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano<\/strong>\u00a0and of the\u00a0<strong>FIP Liguria<\/strong>, girls from the\u00a0<strong>minibasket centers in Bordighera, Albenga, Amatori Savona, Cogoleto and Loano<\/strong>. Le\u00a0<strong>43 female minicestars<\/strong>, accompanied by the cheers of the large audience in attendance, played on the Lovese parquet in the presence of the home mascot, a three-foot-tall pinecone.<\/p>\n<p>The athletes competed in mixed formations with the purpose of getting to know each other, making friends and gathering <strong>funds for <\/strong><strong>Unicef<\/strong>, in the <strong>world day for the rights of children and adolescents. <\/strong>At the end of the afternoon, in the presence of the Unicef president of the Savona section,\u00a0<strong>Francis Parino<\/strong>, the young female athletes were able to leave a small donation inside the piggy bank placed at center court.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRESS RELEASE (11\/23\/2016) On Sunday, Nov. 20, Loano Basketball A.D. organized in the E.
