{"id":8214,"date":"2016-11-12T08:37:39","date_gmt":"2016-11-12T07:37:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/?p=8214"},"modified":"2016-11-12T08:37:39","modified_gmt":"2016-11-12T07:37:39","slug":"conference-unitre-the-secret-archive-of-the-vatican","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/en\/8214\/news\/conferenza-unitre-larchivio-segreto-del-vaticano\/","title":{"rendered":"UNITRE CONFERENCE - \u201cTHE SECRET ARCHIVE OF THE VATICAN\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PRESS RELEASE (10\/11\/2016)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, November 12<\/strong>, a\u00a0<strong>Loano<\/strong>, to the\u00a0<strong>4 p.m.<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>at\u00a0<strong>Council Chamber <\/strong>in<strong> Doria Palace, <\/strong>a conference entitled <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>The Secret Archives of the Vatican.\u201d,<\/strong> organized by the\u2019<strong>UNITRE of Loano\u00a0<\/strong>under the auspices of the <strong>Municipality of Loano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>It will be the <strong>Prof. Antonio Arecco<\/strong> to lead the public inside the Vatican's Secret Archives, which although it retains that name, since 1881-since Pope Leo XIII opened its doors to scholars-has become one of the most important and celebrated centers of historical research in the world.<\/p>\n<p>The Secret Archives holds the acts and documents pertaining to the government of the Church.
