The meeting, which is open to all, is especially addressed to those working in the social field, psychologists, lawyers, social workers, and teachers. The speakers will delve into the normative evolution of the concept of family, from the legitimate family to the de facto family and civil unions, as well as the alternative methods of family conflict resolution provided by the Italian legal system, such as family mediation and assisted negotiation.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. <strong>Lia Mastropaolo<\/strong> psychologist, psychotherapist, mediator and counselor is director of the Genovese School of Mediation and Systemic Counseling \u201cTHE METALOGUE.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>He has worked for more than 20 years in the Public Service and as a Municipal Consultant in the historic center of Genoa. He has organized training courses in various Italian cities and in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer <strong>Gabriella Provaggi<\/strong>, a member of AIAF - Italian Association of Family and Juvenile Lawyers has been collaborating with the Genoese School \u201cIL METALOGO\u201d for years.
