Saturday<\/strong> November 29<\/strong>, in the Marina of<\/strong> Loano,<\/strong> spotlight will be turned on the initiative DISC C.R.I. ...Get your fill of prevention!!!<\/strong>, organized by the Loano committee of the<\/strong> Italian Red Cross<\/strong> in collaboration with the Marina of Loano<\/strong>, the group \u201cMagic Plastic Disc<\/strong>\u201d and under the sponsorship of the\u2019Department of Tourism and Culture of the City of Loano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The event, sponsored on the occasion of the 150th anniversary <\/strong>foundation of the\u00a0 Italian Red Cross<\/strong> and of the world AIDS day<\/strong> (Dec. 1, 2014) aims to raise awareness of the many activities of the Red Cross and to sensitize and make young people think about important issues such as sexually transmitted diseases and violence against women and between schoolmates.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe initiative of the Loano committee of the CRI,\" says Vice Mayor Remo Zaccaria <\/strong>- aims to promote the adoption of healthier and safer lifestyles among young people, directing them toward a culture of mental and physical well-being. Throughout the day there will be important informative moments that we hope will contribute to greater awareness among young people.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are proud,\" says Marco Cornacchia<\/strong>, Marina's director of Loano -to host the celebration of this historic anniversary of the Italian Red Cross and to be able in this way to offer our contribution to raising awareness among young people on issues of great social importance such as those of prevention of sexually transmitted diseases and violence.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe \u201cGet your fill of prevention.\u201d<\/strong> - explains Massimo Vecchietti<\/strong>, Commissioner of the Loano Red Cross - was started in the summer of 2013 by a youth group of the Loano committee of the CRI with the intention of informing young people, between the ages of 16 and 30, about the many different sexually transmitted diseases. Using games and tests, a dialogue is held with young people, making them understand how much risk there is in not using contraceptives during sexual intercourse.<\/p>\n

The project came about not only through the willingness of young people, but also thanks to the great help of the \u201cMagical Plastic Disco\u201d group, which for two summers created numerous events in discos, giving us the opportunity to present and learn more about this sensitive topic.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the Marina of Loano<\/strong> information spaces of the Italian Red Cross will be set up, which will come alive from the 9 a.m.<\/strong>; they are large covered areas planned<\/strong>, taking into account the unfavorable season and also the possibility of catering at the Yellow Fry Machine , from 10 a.m. Saturday morning to Sunday night .<\/p>\n

The day's program will include at 10:30 a.m.<\/strong> the public meeting with Maikol Fazio<\/strong>, program facilitator of the Rai Due \u201cSaid and Done.\u201d,<\/strong> which will cover the topic \u201cViolence Prevention.\u201d <\/strong>with special reference to violence against women and in school and work environments .<\/p>\n

From 7 p.m.<\/strong> and until late at night, the disco area will feature console performances by the special guests<\/strong> : Spyne of the<\/strong> \u201c105 Zoo\u201d<\/strong> e Mr. ROUGE<\/strong>\u00a0 of radio 105<\/strong>. It will also feature some of the Riviera's best-known DJs and also live music.<\/p>\n

The animators trained in MST<\/strong> (sexually transmitted diseases) and other areas of CRI activities , will have information and education points available .<\/p>\n

Midnight will be marked by a festive flash mob<\/strong>; the music will then continue non-stop until<\/strong> 03.00 .<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
