{"id":3755,"date":"2014-08-08T13:00:08","date_gmt":"2014-08-08T11:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/?p=3755"},"modified":"2014-08-08T13:00:08","modified_gmt":"2014-08-08T11:00:08","slug":"beach-in-sport-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/en\/3755\/news\/spiaggia-in-sport-2\/","title":{"rendered":"BEACH IN SPORTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PRESS RELEASE <\/strong><strong>(8\/08\/2014)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Back on the Loano shoreline is the initiative <strong>\u201cBeach in sport\u201d<\/strong> organized by the <strong>Bagni Nettuno and Bagni Virginia,<\/strong> under the auspices of the\u2019<strong>Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>August 9-22, <\/strong>on the beaches of the Neptune and Virginia,the tournaments of<strong> beach volleyball, bocce ball, and ladder 40.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The initiative, now a classic of the Loano beach season, was created to raise funds for <strong>The Italian Association Against Leukemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma. <\/strong>Every year, tourists and residents enliven the two beaches with determined dunks and precision shots, in the name of solidarity.<\/p>\n<p>Opening the sports review will be, <strong>Saturday, August 9<\/strong>, the initiative<strong> Night in Sports, <\/strong>marathon of<strong> beach volley and table soccer, <\/strong>which will kick off at<strong> 20,15. <\/strong>The races will move to the<strong> 22,30 <\/strong>to the table for a tasty barbecue, and then from the <strong>23.30 <\/strong>will return to play on regular fields until 2 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The program of activities will continue with the following schedule:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday, August 10,<\/strong> will take place on<strong> \u201cHe &amp; She\u201d Bocce Tournament.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From <strong>Monday<\/strong> <strong>Aug. 11 to Saturday, Aug. 16<\/strong>, will be played on the <strong>E. Beccuti Memorial VIII 4vs4 Beach Volleyball Tournament<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, August 12 and Wednesday, August 13 <\/strong>is scheduled for the<strong> Under-13 Beach Volleyball Tournament. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>August 18<\/strong>, by the sea, tourists will face each other in the <strong>Ladder 40 Tournament<\/strong>, one of the most classic summer games under the umbrella.<\/p>\n<p>The review of <strong>Sports on the Beach<\/strong> will close with the<strong> 2vs2 Beach Volleyball Tournament VII Clock Trophy and V Memorial A.
