Festivals provide an opportunity to taste typical products and dishes that are the result of traditions and popular culture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>July 11 and 12,<\/strong>on the waterfront of <strong>Loano<\/strong>, near the<strong> Sea Workers' Cottage <\/strong>will take place the traditional <strong>Crostolo Festival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For two days, \u201cCrostoli\u201d and \u201cFugassin\u201d will be packed and fried in more than 200 liters of oil around the large steel frying pan over 2 meters in diameter.<\/p>\n<p>On the first day, from <strong>5 p.m.<\/strong>, you can enjoy the <strong>\u201cCrostoli\u201d<\/strong>, a typical sweet of the Riviera, similar to \u201cbugie\u201d or \u201cchiacchere,\u201d whose dough is made with flour, eggs, sugar, yeast water and flavorings.<\/p>\n<p>On the second day, again starting in the afternoon, frying in the frying pan will be \u201cFugassin,\u201d a savory dough made of flour, water, yeast, olive oil and flavorings.
