{"id":2148,"date":"2013-12-28T09:42:55","date_gmt":"2013-12-28T08:42:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/?p=2033"},"modified":"2013-12-28T09:42:55","modified_gmt":"2013-12-28T08:42:55","slug":"concert-santo-stefano-the-duo-privitera-minutes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/en\/2148\/news\/concerto-santo-stefano-il-duo-privitera-minuti\/","title":{"rendered":"{:en}Holy Stephen's Concert with the PRIVITERA DUO - MINUTES{:}"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{:en}<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>PRESS RELEASE (12\/23\/2013)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Thursday 26th<\/b><b> December<\/b>, a <b>Loano<\/b>, the review <b>\u201cHeavenly Musings, <\/b>promoted by the\u2019<b>Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano<\/b> offers the concert of the <b>Privitera duo - Minutes.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>At<b> hours <\/b>\u00a0<b>16.<\/b><b>3<\/b><b>0,<\/b> at <b>Mount Carmel Church, <\/b>Will be performed,<b> <\/b>in a flute and piano version, some of the most celebrated pieces of the sacred repertoire. <b>Alessia Privitera<\/b> on transverse flute and <b>Gianpaolo Minut<\/b>i on the piano will perform works by <b>Bach, Arcadelt, Mozart, Haendel, Liszt, Faur\u00e9, Gounod<\/b> with special reference to Marian compositions.<\/p>\n<p>La<b> <\/b>young pair of musicians from Savona will present for the occasion the antiphon<b> \u201cHaec est Regina Virginum.<\/b>\u201c, composed by G.F. Haendel specifically for the Virgin of Mount Carmel.<\/p>\n<p><b>Alessia Privitera<\/b>, born in Savona in 1987, a graduate of the \u201cN. Paganini\u201d Conservatory of Genoa, began the study of transverse flute under the guidance of M\u00b0 Giovanni Lagorio at the SMS ad indirizzo musicale \u201cB. Guidobono\u201d. She continued her studies with M\u00b0 Lagorio first as a former student of the SMS \u201cB. Guidobono\u201d and then since 2005 as a student at the \u201cFerrato - Cilea\u201d Music Academy in Savona. She took part in master classes held by M\u00b0 Raffaele Trevisani in the years 2005\/2006\/2010.<\/p>\n<p>He is currently a stable member of several chamber and orchestral groups with whom he has numerous concerts and recordings to his credit.<\/p>\n<p>From 2005 to 2009 he was a member of the Finale Youth Orchestra under the direction of M\u00b0 Paolo Venturino, and in 2007 he held the position of first flute in the orchestra of the \u201cDella Rovere\u201d Musical Chapel with which he performed J. S. Bach's Weinachtsoratorium in December 2007 and J. S. Bach's Passion according to John in April 2008 on the occasion of the anniversary of the Consecration of the N. S. Assunta Cathedral in Savona. Since 2008 he has joined the \u201cDella Rovere\u201d Choir both as a chorister and instrumentalist.  He is a member of the Savona Flute Choir \u201cHamelin\u201d founded by Maestro Lagorio, with which he has participated in numerous cultural and charity events in the Savona area. From 2007 to 2008 he collaborated with the Band \u201cS. Ambrogio\u201d of Legino as a teacher of transverse flute. He collaborated with the choral-instrumental group \u201cI Magikanti.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In June 2009, he received a license in theory and solfeggio from the \u201cFerrato - Cilea\u201d Music Academy in collaboration with the \u201cA. Vivaldi\u201d Conservatory of Alessandria.<\/p>\n<p>On September 22, 2010, she obtained as a private student the lower flute diploma with a score of 8\/10 at the \u201cGhedini\u201d Conservatory of Cuneo. She is currently a member of the singer-songwriter groups Chalk&amp;Cheese and Clan Destino and is co-founder with Gianpaolo Minuti of the classical-modern flute and piano duo Privitera-Minuti.<\/p>\n<p><b>Gianpaolo Minuti<\/b>, born in Savona in 1984. Graduated in jazz double bass at the ISSM Conservatory of Music \u201cG.F. Ghedini\u201d in Cuneo under M.i (among others) R. Zegna, E. Negro. He participated in specific seminars organized by the Conservatory. In the same Conservatory he studied classical double bass under M\u00b0 P. Borsarelli; previously he studied the same instrument with M.i S. Monanni and S. Solani from 2007 to 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Initiated to the study of string instruments and in particular viola and double bass by M. P. Venturino, he studied electric bass at the Finale Music Academy with M. Dedoni from 2005 to 2009.<\/p>\n<p>At the turn of 2000 he studied violin and viola under M\u00b0 M. Patetta.<\/p>\n<p>As part of these studies, he participated in related ensemble music courses and served in Finalist orchestras both as a violinist and violist and as a double bassist and electric bassist.<\/p>\n<p>As for piano, he studied for several years with M\u00b0 S.
