The book presents about 50 recipes from the cuisine of fishermen of yesterday and today. A journey through the recipes and seafood tastes of Liguria. Riccardo Ferrari continues his research work on poor Ligurian cuisine. The preponderant part of the recipes is based on anchovies and was made thanks to the collaboration of Emiliane Ciccione, a fish trader from Finale Ligure and daughter of old Finale restaurateurs. Some of the recipes are unpublished: hake with leeks, anchovy fritters, spatula fish in slices, breaded and fried mussels, my father's salad, etc.<\/p>\n
