Saturday, December 7<\/b>, at Loano, at 4 p.m.<\/b>, <\/b>will return, in the Civic Library<\/b>, the review Books under the tree,\u00a0 <\/b>promoted by the\u2019Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano<\/b>. Four<\/b> in all appointments to learn about books, authors, and to listen to poetic verses and melodies. Musical and singing accompaniment will be provided by the Master Roberto Sinito.<\/b><\/p>\n
Guests of the first meeting will be Franco Gallea<\/b> and Eugene Lertora<\/b> <\/b>who will present the volume \u201cLoano between Mountains and Sea\u201d<\/b> <\/b>realized with the contribution of the Municipality of Loano<\/b>. <\/b>Leading the meeting will be the curator of the review <\/b>Graziella Frasca Gallo<\/b> Of the Journal of Loano.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is with great pleasure<\/i> - says the Mayor of Loano, Luigi Pignocca<\/b> – that I welcomed the idea of publishing the book \u201cLoano, between mountains and sea\u201d edited by Prof. Franco Gallea and Mr. Eugenio Lertora and printed by Stalla Printing House. <\/i>The work brings together a set of suggestions through an unprecedented photographic journey of our city and its most characteristic views. <\/i>The curators have created a narrative, embellished with text, but made mostly of images that make reading more immediate and effective. <\/i>From the encounter between the photographer and the city comes a portrait of today's Loano. Eugenio Lertora's shots allow us to capture unprecedented visions of familiar places, revealing poetic aspects of them.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n
\u201cThis tribute to the city <\/i>- explains Councillor Remo Zaccaria<\/b> – is also a business card that we will offer to our guests: a guide to the discovery of Loano, its natural environment, history and traditions. An itinerary inside and outside the walls, along the seacoast, without forgetting the richness of the territory that, a few kilometers from the sea, offers an evocative mountain landscape. Among the thousands of photographs included in the publication, an important chapter is the one dedicated to \u201cLoano city of sports\u201d , where the daily and vibrant world of associationism and the wealth of sports facilities in our city is described. Also significant is the iconographic section reserved for the many events promoted throughout the year for residents and tourists.\u201d <\/i><\/p>\n
The December 15<\/b>, Marco Cubeddu<\/b> will present the book \u201cC.U.B.A.M.A.S.C. with a Hand Grenade on the Heart.\u201d<\/b>. <\/b>In dialogue with the author will be journalist <\/b>Christian Bosco<\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n
The review, dedicated to reading enthusiasts, will continue on the December 21<\/b> with the presentation of the book by Riccardo Ferrari<\/b> \u201cAn arbanella di accighe\u201d<\/b>. For this occasion he will return to do the honors.
