{"id":10129,"date":"2017-07-18T08:55:04","date_gmt":"2017-07-18T06:55:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/?p=10129"},"modified":"2017-07-18T08:55:04","modified_gmt":"2017-07-18T06:55:04","slug":"ermal-meta-concert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/en\/10129\/news\/ermal-meta-concerto\/","title":{"rendered":"{:en}ERMAL META IN CONCERT{:}"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{:en}<strong>PRESS RELEASE (18\/07\/2017)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, July 19<\/strong>, a <strong>Loano<\/strong>, <strong>ERMAL META<\/strong> Will be featured in the musical season of the <strong>\u201cDreams Festival\u201d<\/strong>, promoted by the\u2019<strong>Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano<\/strong>\u00a0and edited by <strong>Event Size<\/strong>, under the artistic direction of<strong>\u00a0Ivan Fabio Perna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The concert scheduled at <strong>21.30<\/strong>, in the summer arena<strong> Prince's Garden<\/strong>, will be preceded in the afternoon by the \u201c<strong>Meet and Greet\u201d with the artist<\/strong>, an hour face-to-face with their fans at the\u2019<strong>Ocean Bay Club in Marina of Loano. <\/strong>4 to 5 p.m. <strong>ERMAL META<\/strong> will be available to their admirers for autographs and photographs.<\/p>\n<p>In the evening, the author, producer, multi-instrumentalist and singer will move to the Giardino de principe and bring to the stage the double album \u201cVietato Morire,\u201d which gives the title to the song with which Ermal appeared at the 2017 Sanremo Festival and won the podium and the Mia Martini Critics' Prize, the first place in the best-selling list in Italy and the certification of Disco d'Oro.<\/p>\n<p>The artist's voice and timbre won over the general public already with the album \u201cUmano\u201d in 2016, as well as the critics who, again in the last Sanrem edition, gave him open applause and a standing ovation for his incredible cover version of Domenico Modugno's \u201cAmara Terra Mia,\u201d performed with an unprecedented double voice so beautiful that it was awarded as the best revisitation.<\/p>\n<p>At Loano ERMAL META will give two hours of energy, accompanied by <strong>Dino Rubini<\/strong> (low), <strong>Marco Montanari<\/strong> (guitar), <strong>Emiliano Bassi<\/strong> (battery), <strong>Roberto Pace<\/strong> (keyboard &amp; piano) and <strong>Andrea Vigentini<\/strong> (choirs &amp; acoustic guitar). Together they will traverse the musical pages of the new project, bringing to the stage the double CD \u201cVietato Morire,\u201d which also contains songs from the debut album \u201cUmano.\u201d The set list will also be enriched by songs written by the artist for other <strong>greats of Italian music <\/strong>such as Marco Mengoni, Francesco Renga, Emma Marrone, Patty Bravo, Chiara Galiazzo, and Francesco Sarcina. With this project he travels on tour for 3 years treading almost 500 stages throughout the peninsula and at the Heineken Jammin\u2019 Festival he shares the stage with three prestigious bands such as the Stereophonics, Cranberries and Aerosmith. At the Sanremo Festival in the 2010 edition, almost as if to represent the manifesto of this project, he presents the song Buio e Luce, which within a few hours becomes a radio hit.<\/p>\n<p>Filed the experience with the group <strong>Camilla's Hunger<\/strong> solo path led him to be included in the soundtracks of Braccialetti Rossi with \u201cEverything Moves\u201d in the first season and with \u201cI Wanted to Forgive You, At Least\u201d in the next edition.<\/p>\n<p>Ermal Meta at the beginning of 2016 finishes his first solo album entitled \u201cUmano,\u201d presented at Sanremo with the song \u201cOdio le favole,\u201d which won 3rd place among the new proposals, receiving for the lyrics a special mention from Premio Lunezia.  The video - made by Marco Serpenti for Budab\u00d8 Film - is awarded the Soundies Awards by Lucana Film Commision and RTL listeners decree Ermal Meta's victory by reporting his song as the best song in the competition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUmano\u201c-released by Mescal (distributed Artist First)-landed in record stores Feb. 12 and was represented on the radio for the entire summer by the track \u201cA Parte Te,\u201d premiered at the 2016 Coca Cola Summer Festival in Rome's Piazza del Popolo.<\/p>\n<p>As a songwriter, his words and music have been heard by millions through the voices of great performers such as Marco Mengoni, Francesco Renga, Emma Marrone, Annalisa Scarrone, Chiara Galiazzo, Patty Pravo (with whom he has duetted), Clementino, Francesco Sarcina (on whose album he also worked as producer and arranger), Lorenzo Fragola, Eloide, always as an author he won the recent editions of Amici (Sergio Sylvestre\/Big Bovi) and The Voice (Alice Paba\/Parler\u00f2 d'amore).<\/p>\n<p>In the summer of 2016 Ermal Meta performs in prestigious settings such as the Cathedral Square of Asti Musica and the Roman Amphitheater of Lecce (among others...) and in relevant events such as The Lunezia Prize, the City of Ancona Prize, the Wonderful Modugno. He is also awarded in Livorno - Spazio d'Autore - as the best author and performer of 2016. \u201cA Parte Te,\u201d thanks to the massive radio rotation that sustained it throughout the summer, becomes a classic of Italian author's music.
