Immaculate Parish<\/strong>, under the auspices of the \u2019\u2019<strong>Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It will be two evenings dedicated to the rediscovery of ancient flavors. From <strong>7 p.m.<\/strong> in the courtyard of the <strong>Parish of the Capuchin Friars<\/strong> you will be able to enjoy dishes made with the typical products and agri-food excellences of the territories of the ancient salt routes: the \u201cCerianasca pilgrim dish\u201d (Green rice cake, Pizza Sardenaira and Cerianasca Sausage and Tomatoes), white polenta with leek sauce, fried panissa, potato fritters. The menu will also include other dishes such as trenette al pesto, mixed meat grill (skewers and sausage), mixed fried seafood (rings and shrimp), fries, Ligurian-style cundigiun (tomato-based salad). To end on a sweet note there will be apple fritters and assorted cakes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, July 1<\/strong>, the evening will be accompanied by Occitan music and dances organized in collaboration with the\u2019<strong>Association<\/strong> <strong>Bal\u00e0 in riva a u ma\u2019<\/strong>. Providing the soundtrack for the dancers will be the group <strong>Lou Janavel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll proceeds (excluding expenses),\" the organizers explain, \"will be invested in the work of the Loano Solidarity Bank, which\u00a0<strong>gather food<\/strong>\u00a0and then donate it to people in severe economic hardship who are struggling to meet their family's food needs. Food Bank volunteers reach families directly at their homes, and by doing so, opportunities are created to<strong>\u00a0meeting between those who bring<\/strong>\u00a0the \u201cpackage\u201d (i.e., the bag with the food) and\u00a0<strong>who receives it<\/strong>.
