{"id":7752,"date":"2016-08-02T23:11:46","date_gmt":"2016-08-02T21:11:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/?p=7752"},"modified":"2016-08-02T23:11:46","modified_gmt":"2016-08-02T21:11:46","slug":"childrens-theater-prince-of-swine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/en\/7752\/news\/teatro-ragazzi-principe-dei-porci\/","title":{"rendered":"CHILDREN'S THEATER \u2013 THE PRINCE OF PIGS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PRESS RELEASE (2\/08\/2016)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, August 3, at Loano,\u00a0 <\/strong>at <strong>9:30 pm, <\/strong>in the\u2019<strong>Prince's Garden Summer Arena, <\/strong>The program of initiatives dedicated to young tourists, promoted by the\u2019<strong>Department of Tourism and Culture of the City of Loano <\/strong>and curated by the<strong> I.So THeatre\u00a0<\/strong>with the artistic direction of<strong>\u00a0Luca Malvicini.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The star of the children's theater event will be the <strong>Erba Matta Theater Company<\/strong>, who will present \u201c<strong>The Prince of Pigs\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The show with puppets and actor by <strong>Daniele Debernardi<\/strong> It is a free adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale, with new characters enriching the story.<\/p>\n<p>The theme addressed in the show is beauty, seen in all its aspects: external, internal, and related to other elements such as intelligence, patience, love, and courage.<\/p>\n<p>On stage, the puppets, shadows, and actor will move within a set consisting of two castles, two undefined places, which, as in a game of chess, will face off and battle each other.<\/p>\n<p>Once upon a time, there was a poor prince who had a very small kingdom, but it was large enough for him to get married, and getting married was exactly what he wanted. Of course, it took a lot of courage to ask the emperor's daughter, \u201cWill you marry me?\u201d, but he dared to do so anyway, because his name was known everywhere and there were hundreds of princesses who would gladly accept; but let's see what that princess did...
