{"id":11371,"date":"2017-12-28T14:52:16","date_gmt":"2017-12-28T13:52:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/?p=11371"},"modified":"2017-12-28T14:52:16","modified_gmt":"2017-12-28T13:52:16","slug":"choral-chant-christmas-quartet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.visitloano.it\/en\/11371\/news\/corale-cantico-natale-quartetto\/","title":{"rendered":"{:en}CORALE CANTICO - CHRISTMAS IN QUARTET{:}"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{:en}<strong>PRESS RELEASE (12\/28\/2017)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday<\/strong> <strong>December 30<\/strong>, a <strong>Loano<\/strong>, the review <strong>\u201cHeavenly Musings\u201d<\/strong>, promoted by the\u2019<strong>Department of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the City of Loano<\/strong> will be hosted in the <strong>Church of St. Augustine. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chorale Song <\/strong>is the title of the Christmas concert, scheduled at the <strong>9 p.m.<\/strong>, which will feature the participation of <strong>Simona Briozzo<\/strong> (voice), <strong>Marco Cravero<\/strong> (electric\/acoustic guitar), <strong>Federico Fugassa<\/strong> (double bass), <strong>Alexander Gratian<\/strong> (violin)<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The evening, dedicated to sacred Christmas music, will open with the pieces <strong>Silent Night<\/strong> by F.Gruber and <strong>Hail Mary<\/strong> by Gounod and will continue with an interpretation of the traditional French Christmas carol <strong>Les Anges Dans Nos Campagne<\/strong> e <strong>Adeste Fideles<\/strong> by J.F. Wade. This will be followed by the German folk song <strong>O Tannenbaum <\/strong>(arr. By E.Anschutz) and the pieces <strong>Sanctus<\/strong> by M. Colonna and A. Ruggiero and <strong>White Christmas<\/strong> by I. Berlin. Then it will be the turn of the traditional Welsh song <strong>Deck The Halls<\/strong> and traditional French Christmas carol<strong> Noel, Noel<\/strong>. Two Spirituals will enrich the program:<strong> Amazing Grace<\/strong> by J. Newton and <strong>Sometimes I Feel Like a Motherless Child<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The last part of the concert will feature the performance of the pieces <strong>Noel, Noel\/ The Redeemer Is Born<\/strong> by A. Adam (arr. By A. Ruggiero) and <strong>Chorale Song<\/strong> by D. Fossati, A. Ruggiero and M. Colonna.<\/p>\n<p>The concert will close with the song <strong>Child's Eyes<\/strong> by C. Cantini and A.
